When my beloved mother passed away, my world changed forever. I found myself carrying a heavy grief I didn’t know how to name, let alone navigate. I had no guide, no language for my pain—only silence and the overwhelming sense that no one quite understood what I was going through.
In those quiet moments, I began writing. What started as personal reflection evolved into my memoir, Farrago, and eventually a podcast where I gave voice to the emotions so many keep buried. That journey of healing opened the door to my true calling: helping others face their grief with honesty and grace.
Grief taught me lessons no classroom ever could—and it’s those lessons I now share with others, from a place of lived experience and heartfelt empathy.
