What Is Grief Coaching?

As the grief coach who has personally navigated the depths of loss, I understand the overwhelming emotions and challenges that come with grief. My mission is to provide a safe space for you to process your feelings, discover yourself, and take steps towards healing at your own pace. As your coach, I'm here to walk alongside you, to offer guidance, to encourage you, and practical support to help you through this chapter of your life. Grief coaching is not about “fixing” grief, it’s about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can; explore your emotions, learn to live with your pain, and rebuild after loss.

I’m Prince Baleke,  The Grief Coach, author, and podcaster—but most importantly, I’m someone who truly understands loss.

When my beloved mother passed away, my world changed forever. I found myself carrying a heavy grief I didn’t know how to name, let alone navigate. I had no guide, no language for my pain—only silence and the overwhelming sense that no one quite understood what I was going through.

In those quiet moments, I began writing. What started as personal reflection evolved into my memoir, Farrago, and eventually a podcast where I gave voice to the emotions so many keep buried. That journey of healing opened the door to my true calling: helping others face their grief with honesty and grace.

Grief taught me lessons no classroom ever could—and it’s those lessons I now share with others, from a place of lived experience and heartfelt empathy.

I provide personalised grief coaching for individuals who are navigating the complex emotions that follow loss. My approach is compassionate, practical, and rooted in the belief that grief is not something to ‘get over,’ but something we learn to live with.
